It has been formulated specifically for use as a spray wash cleaner and as such the plant design is an important consideration to achieve optimum results. Suitable spray plants consist mostly of a one or a two stage tunnel wash with an efficient blow drier.The machine capacity will vary from a few hundred litres to many thousand litres but should ideally incorporate the following features :

      1. High pressure operation (2 Kg / cm² upwards)
      2. Filtration unit to remove chips ,swarf and debris.
      3. Oil skimming / separation facility
      4. Effective air blow off
